SLEEP, WAKE UP, AND BE BRAVE.

Day by day anxiety tries to creep in.
And every time you fight back
Telling him you're strong and there's nothing to be afraid of.
Then the day will end, night will let you rest.
As of the moment he will be gone and you'll feel confident.
I was able to do it, I can do it, I made through the day. it's not that hard, I can do it again tomorrow.
But as the night pass and you're about to rest your tangled mind, he crawls again, attacking when you lay down your defenses, but you don't mind him for that time you can have your mind be at peace even for a little time.
And tomorrow started, as it is now called today, you get things ready for another battle with anxiety.
